Hello There,

I want to apply for my 3 yrs H extension using preminum processing. Can i do that by just using the email confirmation from USCIS that I-140 petition was approved? My 1-140 petition was approved in Dec,2006 and still have not recived my approval notice.

If I recall correctly, you need to send a copy of approved i140 to request 3 years extension.

Hello everone.
My 140 was approved in september (EB2; IN) and i belong to july 2 VB fiasco.
i was just checking my case status online and i noticed that my LUD for 140 (which has been approved) was changed to december 2007.

what does that mean?? i hope its not an RFE or rejection after approval just like some other people on the forum.
Can anyone please help me out.

My wife is on H4 and with recent events, we applied for EAD. Our EAD was approved a month ago. I recieved mine but my wife did not. When checked with USCIS, they informed I have to wait for 30 days.

It would be great if the group can share thier experiances or has any advise on this issue?

Can universities hire someone on H1B which comes under quota?

Hello Friends,
My EAD card is probably lost in the mail. Got approved on July 11th and never received so far . My current EAD expires on Augest 9th . I am in the risk of losing the Job. What are my options now .. Please advise ..
I called USCIS, they are asking me to wait for 30 days .
Contact your local Congressman and explain him your situation he should be able to help in such a situation.

Mr. karachi wala i have same stiuation , i am currently in us and AP in hand and want to marry there in home country. bring my wife on H-4 and come back to us on AP .
